At B.A.D.D. LIFE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with original tags (if applicable)
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
