Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (when offered)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. B.A.D.D. LIFE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

B.A.D.D. LIFE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
